Thank you for shopping at Atherix Store. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below. ---

  1.  Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received. You must request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. To start a return, please email us at atherixstore@gmail.com with: Order ID Product photos showing the issue Description of the problem Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Certain products cannot be returned, such as: Items marked as non-returnable or final sale. Personal-use or hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools, kitchen accessories used with food). Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling. If a product is not eligible for return, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page. ---
  3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to your preferred UPI ID or bank account after verification. Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable. --- 4.
  4. Exchange Policy We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a replacement, please request a return and place a new order once the refund is processed. ---
  5. Order Cancellations You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. ---
  6. Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us immediately at support@atherix.store with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. .The unboxing video of the package is mandatory,without that we cant process return or refund---
